This incident is funny because if I was there I couldn't help laughing but in reality it's not funny at all. This couple will always remember this moment in their wedding ceremony and may most like laugh over it.
The groom was wearing a veshti skirt: a traditional Asian men's garment wrapped around the waste, and held tightly by a knot. It is worn during South Asia traditional wedding ceremony. As the couple were making their rounds holding hands, apparently the bride who was behind him stepped on his skirt and it fell to the ground exposing his underwear and legs. The man quickly bent down to retrieve what remained of his dignity but not before footage of the incident had been taken. Oh mine what a scene.
