CELINE DION LOSSES HUSBAND TO CANCER

Rene Angelil long time manager and husband of multi grammy award winner Celine Dion, died at the early hours of today, at age 73.
Rene was first diagnosed with throat cancer in 1999 but it returned several times and has since battled with the ailment in the past years. His condition became serious in March last year and this made Celine to take leave of work, as well as her absence from her Las Vegas show at Caesars Palace. As the condition became bad he couldn't eat normally from his mouth but through a tube and his wife personally fed him three times a day with a lot of concentration even more than she fed her kids

By August, Celine said her husband was preparing for his death. His final wish was to be with the singer when he passed awayaway. Recalling their conversation, she said:
'I'll say, 'You're scared? I understand. Talk to me about it.'
'And René says to me,
'I want to die in your arms.' OK, fine, I'll be there, you'll die in my arms. Celine married her manager Rene in 1994, they have children together...a 14-year-old and 5-year-old twins. He also has 3 other children from his previous marriage.

Speaking to Taste of Life magazine, Celine - who was raised a Roman Catholic - revealed: 'Life is not always perfect. You have to deal with it. Whatever life imposes - sickness, or whatever, you don't have a choice. This is life, this is nature. But you do have the choice on how you're going to go through this.
'And if you don't have spirituality you're going to fall apart before things happen. I am very spiritual. I believe in myself, I believe in my family, and I'm positive. Through this, you show your children how to deal with things, and how to be strong.
Rene and Celine were one sweet couple whose marriage survived celebrity couple craze. May his soul rest in peace and may his family be comforted.

Wedding Announcer: Queen & Pst. Chris .O.

It's here again the season of love, weddings and marriage. It has been a lovely Royalty Blog year as we shared lovely photos and beautiful love stories from our Royal couples. The wedding I'm about to announce won't be any different from class and Royalty and just like me you too will love their pre-wedding photos, grinning from ear to ear..lol. Okay let's get right into it, where's my wedding bells?

READY BUT STILL WAITING

I have something to say, hmmmmmmm, I have something to say.... Listen! Listen pay full attention for I have something to say...... Ehennnnnn so let me land. When I dropped my first note this year " Same wish-list as every year" it was focused on the unmarried young lady and this led me straight to my next thoughts which i'm about to share with you. You know I always like to look at the flip side of every story, so my focus is undoubtedly focused on the unmarried brothers. When I write I draw my inspiration/findings from real life everyday  people and experiences that everyone can relate with, it doesn't necessarily have to be about me but I clearly like to state my opinion on life issues as I see or perceive them. *wink* Now  Prince charming got it all working for him, a good family, a great job, a nice apartment, may or may not have a car, perfect gentle man, ladies man, and goes to church at le ast every sunday. He's mature and respectful, he's always...

THE TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE PHOTOS: PJ WEDS SUNNY

From the massive traffic at Festac town yesterday, you could tell that something was happening and the obvious questions were "what is happening", "who are they", "where're they from" And bla bla blah...lol...It's Josephine Enemor and Sunny Ihesiaba's traditional marriage. It was a colourful, classy and a typical igbo traditional wedding, as both couples are from the eastern part of Nigeria. Everyone was in red, white and gold attires especially the stunning bride in her gold lace, red george with circle patterned embriodery, and a stony glittering gold purse, the groom looking smart and dashing, men in red cap and beautiful maidens in array. I can go on and on about the event and you can be assured that it was funfilled as Royalty Okasions were in charge *wink*... Click HERE  to view their wedding website.
