Lady with huge baby bump delivers set of twins

The photo of this mum to be with the huge baby bump broke the internet last week and many thought it was unreal or photoshopped but it is so real. The lady in photo above was delivered of a set of identical twin boys. I thought this bump should at least contain 5 babies though.. Lol

Sources said she almost lost her life from loosing so much blood as each of her sons weighed 8lb. Thank God for this miracle
