A new marriage health startup backed by The Knot/XO Group Inc., announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind marriage health app available on iOS and Android. Based on more than 125 research studies and decades of research work, Lasting gets to know a couple’s relationship and creates a program just for them. The personalized app includes hundreds of five-minute sessions to proactively keep a relationship strong; covers a wide variety of marital areas, such as communication, conflict and sex; and informs users how to embed healthy habits into daily married life. Marriage is profoundly important to couples, families and society, yet it’s difficult to build and maintain a healthy marriage when the existing relationship health options are generic, time-consuming and expensive.

Features of the Lasting: Marriage Health App include:

Couples receive hundreds of engaging sessions, exercises and quizzes that help them build their marriage health across a wide variety of marriage topics, like Conflict, Communication, Emotional Connection, Sex, Appreciation and Parenthood. All couples receive a five-session introduction for free, which teaches the basics of how to build marriage health. The $11.99 monthly subscription unlocks the entire Lasting program for two users (the primary user and their partner).
  • Partner sharing and comparing: The app allows partners to share and compare session answers by seamlessly syncing the answers, displaying them side by side, and grouping them into strength areas, growth areas and discussion areas. Lasting quickly and easily determines which areas are most important to discuss and work through together.
  • Healthy marriage reminders: Lasting offers a daily reminder system to prompt couples to maintain healthy marriage habits for a lifetime, including expressing appreciation, prioritizing emotional connection and asking about each other’s day.

READY BUT STILL WAITING
