Wedding Announcer: OKRIS"16 (Lovestory, Proposal, Photos)

Wedding Bells! Wedding Bells!! Wedding Bells!!! Now the couple I'm about to introduce to you is a real life telemundo couple: they always express their love at the slightest opportunity and are vocal about it. You know the "oh my love, my honey" kind of things....lol. I call them oyinbo couple as they are very oyinboish, with my dear friend being a big drama queen, you can tell how intense she can be when she's in love...hahahaha "babes forgive me I own the page...*tongues out* Before I go on and on about how wonderful this duo is let me let them tell the story ... *LOVE STORY* Like they say you never get to a know a person really until you KNOW them. Well we met in church; we were cell members, he didn't like my guts, I never noticed him.....until we had one long conversation about life and everything changed. The rest is history. *THE PROPOSAL* I thought it was time to take our relationship to the next level and what better way to pro...

Oh mine funny Couple!

Mother shocked after delivery when told the sex of her new baby.

Family: Awwwwwwww the surprising look in this mum's face is everything. A sonogram is most time correct but not 100% acurate at all time. So many persons have been in this position but well life goes on especially when you desperately in need of a particular sex. Well a child is a child.

I'M A MARRIED WOMAN

Written by Royal-David Igbinedion Photo credit: Gist Us I've been meaning to write this for sometime now, glad i'm finally doing it. I like to be objective and say things the way they are without any form of bias. Sometime in 2011 I had just returned from the Nysc orientation camp and excited to show my family back at home my kaaki and of course share my camping experience. During my visit home I came across this old acquaintance of mine and mind you she's younger to me age wise, school etc. and she's always been very respectful but on seeing her this time she gave me the madam-ish kind of look and was behaving as though she can't recognise me or I should greet her first. Well I'm never of the opinion that the younger must greet the elder first, after all it's just a greeting or mere pleasantry, so I sarcastically said "madam good afternoon" and she was like "oh auntie good afternoon long time" flaunting her wedding band but I del...

Nosa Obasuyi and Blessing Egbai's Traditional Marriage (photos, Pre-wedding photos)

Wowwwwww this year has definitely been a good year, as all my besties have been tieing the knot with their better half.  This time my long time Nigerian-American (Edo born) bestie came like a knight in shinning armour to whisk his beautiful Delta bride to becoming his wife. They had their traditional marriage on the 23rd of April in Agbor, Delta state and the white wedding will be coming up on a later date this year in the USA. See their lovely love_story and beautiful photos after the cut..... I know you love to read love stories but to cut long story short, in this case it was a matter of love at first sight from both parties. On one of Nosa's visits to Nigeria, he was out with his cousin and he met Blessing at an event. They both had a connect, they exchanged numbers, became friends and would talk on phone even after Nosa had returned back. Their friendship grew stronger and viola...here they are.... getting married . Married...hahahaha Every moment ...

Wedding-Guest Rule 101

According to twitter user @_Thalia_M, these wedding rules listed in the photos are for a friend's wedding. Do you think  the rules are actually  perfect for wedding guests guideline or is it's a bit off and wrong to condition the guests. I totally agree with this fellow , thou I must admit it's funny but a bit coammanding and blunt.  I have spoken about one or two of his rules in my past article  Wedding Gifts and The Wedding Guest   See photo below for the Rules...
